I know what it’s like to get trapped in feelings of comparison. To feel like everyone around you is succeeding and living their dream. Every single one of us deserves to live our dream life, and I’m here to tell you that it’s possible.
Defining Your Dream Life
“Dream life” is a vague statement, truthfully, it means something different to everyone. One person’s dream life might be living in a converted camper van full time travelling from North to South America. Another person’s dream life might be being a full-time stay-at-home mom, raising children, and volunteering in her community. Or maybe it’s being the CEO of your own company, making $100k months, and flying across the country for business meetings.
If you want to live your dream life you have to first define it. From a manifestation perspective, our subconscious minds need clear direction. Think of your brain as being comprised of a team of factory workers, each worker has a distinct role to play in the assembly line but without instruction to whole operation falls apart.

How to Live Your Dream Life
You’ve already conquered half the battle by defining what your dream life looks like, here are 3 simple tools you can use to help you get there.
1. Clear What’s in the Way
While we cannot control external and systemic forces like war, racism, or death, we do have autonomy over our own thoughts and belief systems. 90% of manifestation is mindset!
It’s crucial that we identify the ways that we are getting in our own way. Now that you have a clear vision of what your dream life looks like, you can ask yourself what thoughts are coming up around it? Do you believe your dream life is achievable? why or why not? Has anyone else in your life achieved what you’re hoping to achieve? What beliefs do your family or friends have about these goals?
Once you’ve identified any limiting beliefs or unhelpful thoughts you can begin to clear them. I suggest using modalities such as; cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, EFT tapping, meditation, and journalling. Having a solid mindset is the foundation of your manifestation process.
2. Visualization
The really unique thing about our brain is that it can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s not. When we visualize our desires we produce positive emotions which cause very real physiological effects on our bodies and brain. By releasing serotonin and dopamine we train our brain (the subconscious) to seek out similar experiences.
Through visualization techniques and meditation, we teach our subconscious minds to start seeking out our desires in our physical reality. Neuroscientists call this process “value tagging”, it’s also known as the reticular activating system.
Adding just 10 minutes of visualization into your daily routine can speed up the timeline in which you receive your manifestations drastically because you’re putting your subconscious mind to work.
3. Practice Gratitude
Gratitude is undoubtedly one of the most powerful tools in personal development.
There is a system called the human emotion frequency scale, and it shares the energetic frequency of our various emotions. In the manifestation world, we talk about being “an energetic match” with our goals, i.e. we want to emit the same energetic frequency. The human emotion frequency scale is what you would use to measure your energetic frequency.
For example: If you’re trying to attract a new relationship in your life you likely want to be an energetic match for love. If you’re someone who’s constantly complaining and feeling frustrated you wouldn’t be an energetic match.
What’s incredible about gratitude is that it has the power to take you from the bottom of the frequency scale all the way up to the top! Making you an energetic match for all of your desires. Gratitude is the currency of the universe, the more you give gratitude the more you’ll receive in return.
