Buckle in babe because we’re about to get a little woo-woo together! You know we’re all about gratitude here but did you know that you could use gratitude for manifestation? In fact, it’s one of the most powerful tools we have when it comes to attracting what we want.
This post is all about How to Use Gratitude for Manifestation!
Is Manifesting Real?
Absolutely manifesting is real! and it’s actually not all that woo-woo. Manifesting is the act of co-creating your reality with the universe. In order to manifest you need to get really clear on what you want, assess any roadblocks that might be in your way, and then take aligned action to help you get there.
If words like “universe”, “manifest”, “co-create” and “alignment” feel too out there for you then think about manifesting as being a goal map. When we’re goal mapping we write down our end goal and then create a step-by-step action plan to get there. The only difference with manifestation is that we’re also working on our mindset and trusting our intuition a little more. See, not that complex is it?
Gratitude for manifestation
Gratitude is one of the core principles of manifestation. If you’re familiar with the 12 universal laws you’ll know that many of them reference gratitude. The 5th law “The law of Correspondence” states that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. If you’re someone who is constantly complaining and comparing yourself to others then you will manifest never being “good enough”. If you practice gratitude then you will manifest more of what you’re grateful for.
Through the universal laws, we understand that what we appreciate expands and therefore if we want to create more joy, abundance, and love in our lives then we must be grateful for the amount of joy, abundance, and love we currently have. There’s a common misconception that if we practice gratitude for what we have then we are settling, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When we practice gratitude we’re letting the universe know that we are thankful and are open to receiving more.
The 4th universal law “The Law of Vibration” states that everything has a vibrational energy and if we want to attract something into our lives we must become its vibrational match. We can align with the vibration of our manifestations by using gratitude to keep us “high vibe”.
