This post shares your 3 Month Glow Up Plan for Wellness Girlies
No matter what time of year it is it is always the perfect time to step into your wellness era. Following a plan that is laid out for you is a great way to stay consistent and motivated. You don’t need to expel any energy wondering what you should do because the plan is right in front of you. With a solid plan, you can stay consistent which creates momentum, and momentum is all you need to stay motivated!
3-Month Glow Up Plan
Month 1: Focus on Your Mindset
For the first month of your glow up plan, you want to focus on your mindset! This is the time to do a little life audit and see which areas of your life could use a little up-leveling. Chances are these are the areas that you’re holding onto limiting beliefs.
A great exercise you can do to pinpoint these areas is the “wheel of life”. This is where you physically color in the different areas of your life using a rating of 1-10. Once the wheel is complete you can visually see which parts of the wheel are lower and uneven. AKA which areas of your life are screaming for an upgrade?
Once you know which areas of your life you want to up-level you can journal on where you’re currently at in those areas, and what beliefs are you holding on to? Our internal belief system determines the actions we take and our actions create our results. If you want to have bigger and better results in your life then you need to shift your internal thoughts and beliefs.
Your Mindset Glow Up Plan:
- Create an intention statement or affirmation for the month.
- Perform a life audit and Identify your limiting beliefs.
- Do a 5-minute meditation each morning.
- Listen to a mindset podcast at least once a week.
- Try EFT tapping.
- Start a gratitude practice.
Once you’ve worked on your mindset you can close the month off by crafting your vision. What are the goals you want to put in place? What kind of person do you want to be at the end of the 3 months? Month 2: Goal Planning
Month two of your glow up plan is where things start to get juicy! We have your vision and now we’re going to map out a plan to get there. The number one question you should be asking yourself this month is “What steps would the version of me who already achieved the goal take?” and use your response to map out your work plan.
How do you know what steps the successful version of you would take? listen to your intuition! You’d be surprised how much you already know internally. We’re constantly looking for answers and gratification outside of us. Slow down, breathe, journal, and listen to your intuition. You know yourself better than anyone and you know what’s best for you. The only way to learn what the correct action is is to take any action, learn what works and what doesn’t, and keep following your intuition for the next step.

Your Goal Mapping Glow Up Plan:
- Make a vision board (you can take my Gratitude Vision Board workshop).
- Time block your calendar with your action steps.
- Tap into your higher self each day.
- Read books and listen to podcasts in your niche.
- Join a free community or coaching program in your field for extra support.
Now that you’ve crafted your vision and mapped out a plan it’s time to continue taking action and making bold moves!
Month 3: Aligned Action
Welcome to the last month of your glow up plan! Making it to this point deserved celebration, but it’s also where a lot of girlies fall off. Don’t get stuck in the planning and learning phase and be bold enough to TAKE ACTION. Not just any action, but aligned action. This means you’re showing up as your higher self and following your intuition.
What are the action steps you laid out in your plan? Now is the time to start checking them off and doing so from the most confident and aligned version of yourself. The version of you who already achieved her 3-month vision doesn’t need to stress or sweat the small stuff, she knows that her goals are already hers. You want to bring that energy to your goals and continue to act as if.

Your Aligned Action Glow Up Plan:
- Stick to the glow up action plan you created, and stick to your calendar.
- Check in with yourself daily and ask “Does this action still feel aligned?” “Is this how my highest self would show up?” and adjust accordingly.
- Act as if your goals are already yours.
- Be bold, unapologetic, and fearless.
